I practice Business Law, also known as Commercial Law. My business practice includes both transactional work and litigation.
Business Law is one of my favorite practice areas because involves so much variety. Every case, every business, and every owner is unique. Each business has its own vision, goals, and legal needs. Learning a business’s market strategy and working with them to find creative legal solutions to drive that strategy forward is one of the most rewarding parts of my day-to-day job. I love the collaborative process and find it very rewarding.
